Ingredients
- 4 eggs, separated
- 2⁄3 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 lbs fresh pitted cherries
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon zest
