Delicious Bean Cake

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups cannellini beans (cooked and pureed)
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 1⁄2 cups maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 380°F.
- Beat eggs and sugar.
- Add pureed beans, baking powder and vanilin to the egg mixture.
- Fold in the walnut pieces.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Let it cool in the pan and refrigerate in its own pan after it cools down.
