Delicious Baked Fish

I was inspired by other tasty fish dishes I have had that were based on mayonaise. One time I had to use only ingerdients I had on hand, so I came up with this. I have used this for fresh albacore, yellowtail, and dorado. It would work for any firm white fish. My 2 year old and 4 year old both ask for more every time. Don't fear the mayonaise. It keeps the fish moist and adds delicious richness without covering up the flavor of the fish. I haven't tried it on salmon, but I bet it would be good. Show more
