Deer Stew

Like beef stew, made with deer

Ingredients

• 1 (1 1/2ounce) package  beef stew seasoning
• 1⁄4 cup flour
• 2  tablespoons  vegetable oil
• 1  lb  venison, cubed
• 1  small onion, diced
• 3  carrots, diced
• 2  celery, diced
• 3  potatoes, diced
• 4  cups beef broth
• 3  cups water

Directions

1. dredge meat in flour and brown in oil.
2. mix stew seasoning with water.
3. Add meat and veggies to crock-pot.
4. Pour liquids over stew and cook on high until tender.
