Ingredients
- 2 lbs venison
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red pepper
- 2 sliced garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 cup water
Directions
- cut meat into strips.
- mix ingredients.
- marinade meat, covered, in fridge over night.
- place on foil in 200* oven with door propped open.
