  1. Combine all bowl 1 ingredients together.
  2. Combine all bowl 2 ingredients together.
  3. Heat oil in large frying pan or wok to 375 degrees. You should have about 3 inches of oil.
  4. Dredge the fish or vegetables in bowl 1, then in bowl 2.
  5. Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
