Deep Fry Batter

Ingredients
Bowl 1
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 1⁄4 cup cornstarch
Bowl 2
- 1 cup flour
- 1⁄4 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces club soda
Directions
- Combine all bowl 1 ingredients together.
- Combine all bowl 2 ingredients together.
- Heat oil in large frying pan or wok to 375 degrees. You should have about 3 inches of oil.
- Dredge the fish or vegetables in bowl 1, then in bowl 2.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels.
