Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup crushed red pepper flakes
- 1⁄4 cup ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 cup chili powder
- 1⁄4 cup garlic powder
- 1⁄4 cup cajun seasoning
- 1⁄4 cup salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Rub Turkey Inside and Out and let sit refridgerated, preferably 24 hrs before frying.
