Deep Dark Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1 3⁄4 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 3⁄4 cup cocoa
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup boiling water
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients except the boiling wter. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Mix in boiling water, the batter will be thin, don't worry
- Pour into greased cupcake pans and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
