Deep Chocolate Cookies

These cookies are so good it's hard to stop eating them, and you'll want a glass of milk.

  1. Melt butter and chips in sauce pan on low. Add oil and cocoa powder stirring until smooth. When blended set aside to cool. In large mixer bowl whip eggs and sugar Until thick and light between 5-10 minutes. Blend in melted chocolate on low speed. Add vanilla, salt and baking powder until blended. Stir in flour. Refrigerate dough until its firm enough to scoop out about 1 1/2 hours. Use small cookie scoop place on ungreased cookie sheet about 3inches apart. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, let rest about a minute before transferring them to wire rack to cool.
