Decadent Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 2 cups 1% low-fat milk
- 1⁄2 cup slivered almonds
- 1⁄2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 apple, grated (I use Granny Smith)
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄8 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
- Spray baking dish with non stick spray.
- Mix all ingredients together in baking dish.
- Cover and bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
