Debbie's Taco Dip

Yields: 1 pan of dip
Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans (I use the fat-free beans)
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- 2 avocados, mashed
- 2 cups light sour cream
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or 1 cup colby cheese
- sliced black olives
- diced tomato
Directions
- Spread refried beans on a pizza pan.
- Sprinkle with 1/3 of taco seasoning.
- Spread mashed avacados over bean layer.
- Sprinkle with 1/3 of taco seasoning.
- Spread sour cream over avacado layer.
- Sprinkle with 1/3 of taco seasoning.
- Sprinkle cheeses evenly over sour cream layer.
- Top with black olive slices and diced tomatoes if you choose.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
