Debbies Southern Giblet Gravy

This is a true southern tradition. No good southern dressing would be found without it.

  1. Simmer giblets in chicken broth until tender. Remove meat from borth, reserving broth.
  2. Remove meat from neck and chop remaining giblets, set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter and saute onion and celery until tender.
  4. Add broth, meat, dressing, salt and peppe.
  5. Simmer until thickened.
  6. Stir in sliced eggs.Serve.
