Death by Triple-Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 14 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 1  egg
  • 1  tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 12 cup flour
  • 14 cup  unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1  tablespoon  sweetened  hot cocoa mix
  • 1  teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 13 cup  miniature dark chocolate chips
  •  multicoloured  candy sprinkles (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat the butter and sugars together, followed by the egg and vanilla.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, hot cocoa mix, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix to combine.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Divide dough in two and place on the baking sheet in tall mounds.
  7. Add sprinkles on top if desired.
  8. Bake for 15-16 minutes.
  9. Cool completely on baking sheet.
