Daves Meatloaf

My boyfriend loves hot food . I came up w/ this recipe and he raves about it.We use our own hot sauce, it's loaded w/ habeneros, but you can use any kind.

Ingredients

• 2  lbs hamburger
• 3⁄4 cup oatmeal
• 2  tablespoons  minced garlic
• 2  teaspoons seasoning salt
• 1  teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1  egg
• 3⁄4 cup  any barbecue sauce
• 2  tablespoons  hot sauce
• 3  tablespoons parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Mix everything together, using your hands is much easier.
2. Put mixture in a greased or pam sprayed loaf pan.
3. Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour,then at 375 uncovered for 20 minute.
