Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pitted dates
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 dash ground cinnamon
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender (preferably an industrial strength one) and blend until smooth, then serve. If you don't have a frozen banana, use a regular banana and add a couple of ice cubes.
