Date Rice Kispy Cookies

rice krispy cookies stovetop ,im not sure about the eggs ,i think i would temper them in

• Yields: 2 dozen

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 1  lb dates, chopped
• 2  eggs
• 1  cup sugar
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 5  cups  Rice Krispies
• 1  cup pecans, chopped

Directions

1. boil sugar ,butter ,date ,sugar ,eggs 5 minutes.
2. allow to cool.
3. add vanilla and rice krispies.
4. roll into balls
5. then roll into nuts.
