Date Nog (Vegan Egg Nog)

Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk
- 3 medjool dates, pitted
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 pinch fresh diced ginger
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- If you prefer a smoother beverage, strain the nog through a nut milk bag.
- Chill until ready to serve. You can sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on each cup of nog when you serve it, or place a cinnamon stick in each mug.
