Date Nog (Vegan Egg Nog)

This is a creamy, delicious alternative to traditional egg nog. It's even pretty healthy, and vegan!

  1. Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. If you prefer a smoother beverage, strain the nog through a nut milk bag.
  3. Chill until ready to serve. You can sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on each cup of nog when you serve it, or place a cinnamon stick in each mug.
