Directions
- Mix sugar, milk and syrup and heat to a boil.
- Add dates and cook to soft-ball at 236 degrees.
- Roll into a loaf approximately 2-1/2 to 3 inches in diameter in a cold wet cloth.
- Leave until cool (24 hours).
- Slice and enjoy.
