Ingredients
- 1 lb bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 5 1⁄3 ounces unsalted butter
Directions
- Bring cream and butter to a simmer.
- Pour over chocolate and stir/whisk until melted and smooth.
