Daily Planet's Garlic-Lemon Vinaigrette

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 3⁄8-1⁄2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons oregano, dried
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1⁄2 cups olive oil
Directions
- Place all ingredients in one container and blend well.
- I have used a blender and also just shaken in a glass jar, both have proven successful.
