Daikon Rice

Ingredients
- daikon radish (about 1 inch)
- 1⁄2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 9 ounces cooked rice
- 2 1⁄2 g bonito flakes
Directions
- Cut the daikon into ½ inch dice. Marinate in the soy sauce for 10 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
- Stir in the bonito flakes. Stir the daikon mixture into the rice.
