Dad's Grilling Steak Marinade

My dad always marinated steak in this marinade and was always a favorite of the family. I lost track of it and while I was digging through some old recipes I came across it. It's from Lawry's. It's also great to marinade pork chops.

• Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup  oil
• 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
• 4  tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2  tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 2  teaspoons dry mustard
• 1⁄8 teaspoon  italian seasoning
• 1  teaspoon  onion flakes
• 1  teaspoon pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon parsley flakes
• 2  tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

1. Combine ingredients.
2. Pour over steak/chops.
3. Marinade for at least 4 hours.
4. Grill.
