Dad's Butter Tarts

These are my dad's favorite I make them once a year at Christmas. Every year they seem to disappear faster and faster. Enjoy

• Yields: 36 tarts

Ingredients

• 2  eggs
• 1  cup brown sugar
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 1  cup corn syrup
• 1  cup sultana raisin
• 4  tablespoons  melted margarine
• 36  large  prepared tart shells

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Fill tart shells and bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes.
