Daddy’s Foolproof Chocolate Fudge

My dad loved his fudge during the holidays, and this was his favorite recipe. This is quick and easy fudge that always sets up nice. Show more

  1. In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla.
  3. Spread evenly into aluminum foil-lined 8 or 9 –inch square pan.
  4. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares.
  6. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
