Czechoslovakian Orange Bread - Abm

This is from a food preservation Yahoo group that I am on. This bread is traditionally baked in a crescent and is glazed with honey and orange juice mixed together and warmed.

• Yields: 1 loaf

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup milk
• 5  tablespoons butter
• 1  egg
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄3 cup sugar
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons  orange peel
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ground mace
• 3 1⁄2 cups bread flour
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions

1. Add ingredients into bread pan according to recommendations of
2. manufacturer.
3. Set to sweet, white; no timer, light crust.
