Czechoslovakian Cocoa Oatmeal Cookies

This is a old Czech recipe from my grandmother.

• Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 2  whole eggs, separated
• 10  tablespoons  cocoa
• 2 1⁄2 cups rolled oats

Directions

1. Mix butter with sugar and egg yolks.
2. Add cocoa and oats.
3. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
4. Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.
