Cyn's Rib Rub

Yields: 2 1/2 cup
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup paprika
- 1⁄4 cup chili powder
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1⁄4 cup kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
Directions
- mix all together and store in airtight container.
- rub liberally on ribs, chops etc, wrap in foil for 2-3 hours and grill. :).
