  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Melt the butter and then brush it along the insides of a muffin pan.
  3. Crack the eggs into a bowl, pour in the milk, and whisk until slightly combined. Then slowly whisk in the flour and salt.
  4. Pour the batter into each muffin cup until they are filled about 1/2 of the way.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. When done remove, and then prick with a fork so they keep their shape. Serve up immediately.
