Curt's Three Alarm Pork Rub

This dry rub has got a sneaky hot side to it.....

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together to form the rub.
  2. Coat your ribs, tenderloin, etc, and let rub set for at least 3 hours, preferrably overnight.
  3. Prepare ribs to your satisfaction (I put them in smoker for 3 hours at 200, and then finish on the grill with some Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce, but that's just me --.
  4. This rub has some kick.
