Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 1⁄2 cups white vinegar
- 2 carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon chili pepper
Directions
- Chop/shred cabbage, carrots and onion.
- Place in large mixing bowl.
- Add vinegar and spices.
- Push cabbage under liquid with spoon, until it is all covered.
- Allow to sit at room temperature for 6 hours before serving.
