Curry Stuffed Celery

Yields: 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 8 ounces soft spread cream cheese
- 1⁄4 cup toasted almond
- 2 tablespoons mango chutney
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 bunch celery
Directions
- Chop almonds and chutney (if chunky).
- Combine all ingredients except celery and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Wash and dry celery and cut into 4"-6" pieces.
- fill the celery with cheese mixture.
- Lightly run a fork along the top for decoration or sprinkle with a few additional almonds.
