Ingredients
- 18 ounces corn chowder soup (can)
- 1 teespoon curry paste
- 1 chicken breast
- olive oil
- rice
Directions
- 1. cook rice and set aside.
- 2. dice chicken breast and saute in olive oil, set aside.
- 3. mix soup and curry paste in a sauce pan and bring to rapid boil, simmer for 10 minutes, stir frequently.
- 4. ad chicken breast.
- 5. serve over rice.
