Curry Dip With Horseradish

My "Aunt Sue" had this published in a cookbook many, many years ago. The difference is the bite of the horseradish and the crunch of the dried onion. MMMMMM-good! Make sure the mayo is high-quality and the curry is, too. I use more curry as we like the taste. Show more

Yields: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

  • 12 cup mayonnaise, homemade is best
  • 12 teaspoon curry
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 teaspoon  prepared horseradish, grated style
  • 1  tablespoon  onion flakes
  • 12 teaspoon tarragon vinegar (or desired type)

Directions

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients well.
  2. Add vinegar and stir.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight to let flavors blend.
  4. Serve with raw vegetables, or as desired.
