Curry Dip for veggies or shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup parsley, finely minced
Directions
- Combine ingredients and chill to let flavors blend.
- Serve with an assortment of fresh veggies or shrimp.
