Curry Chicken

Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup onion, cut in large squares
- 1 1⁄2 cups celery, cut in large pieces
- 1⁄2 cup fresh basil
- 2 (8 ounce) cans great northern beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon coarse black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons curry powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano flakes
- salt
Directions
- On high heat sautee onions and celery on olive oil.
- Then add fresh basil, pepper, lemon pepper, garlic powder, curry and oregano flakes.
- Once onions and celery are mixed with spices add chicken thighs.
- After mixing thighs with vegetables add beans.
- Add vinegar.
- Cover and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Add salt to taste.
