Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard (like Colman's)
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (white or cider)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar (or 2 Tablespoons maple syrup)
Directions
- Mix ingredients together in order listed, stirring after each ingredient.
- Brush on meat before cooking, reapply about 15 minutes before meat is done.
- I recommend making extra sauce or reserving some aside to go with the meal.
