Curry Apple Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (354 g) can cooked chicken breasts, drained
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 apple, diced
- 1⁄4 cup chopped almonds
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, chill one hour. Serve on lettuce leaf or in sandwich or wrap.
