Ingredients
- 1 cup cubed chicken
- 3 (1/8ounce) chicken broth
- 2 cups cubed potatoes
- 2 cups carrots
- 1⁄2 cup green peas
- 1⁄8 cup onion
- 1 tablespoon curry (powedered)
- 1⁄2 cup grated apple (or applesauce)
- 1⁄2 cup milk, salt (optional)
Directions
- In a skillet, with oil, cook chicken then add onions.
- When finished, transfer to a a pot with chicken broth.
- When warm add the potatoes and carrots.
- Then add curry, let it boil.
- Then add the green peas and milk. Let it boil.
