Curried Parsnip Soup

Ingredients
- 700 g parsnips
- 50 g butter
- 15 ml olive oil
- 200 g onions
- 30 ml honey
- 200 g apples
- 1500 ml stock
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cm ginger
- 10 g curry powder
Directions
- boil parsnips and mash.
- heat butter and oil in pan.
- fry onions with garlic, ginger and curry powder.
- sautee apples until soft.
- put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
