Curried Chicken With Chutney and Couscous

Got this one from a pamphlet at the grocery store.

  1. Chicken:.
  2. Sprinkle curry powder and salt on both sides of chicken.
  3. Saute in olive oil over medium-high heat 6-8 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
  4. During last 3 minutes add chutney over and around chicken.
  5. Couscous:.
  6. Bring chicken broth to boil.
  7. Stir in couscous; let stand 5 minutes to absorb broth.
  8. Fluff with fork and stir in mint.
