Curried Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 2 ounces cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 dash salt
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine curry powder and salt.
- Separate florets of cauliflower and cook in boiling water until cooked, but still crisp.
- Drain and add to seasonings. Mix to coat well.
