Curried Carrot Dip

I found this in a cook book at my mother's house and doctored it up to make it my own.

  1. Chop carrots and onions and blend together with cashews in food processer. Add seasonings, soy sauce, honey, oil, and milk. Blend until smooth add water until you reach the desired consistency. You may prefer more than a half cup of water. Serve chilled and stir immediately prior to serving.
