Ingredients
- 1 cup tied curds
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1⁄2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin seed, crushed
- salt
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Use it to marinate all vegetables as mentioned in the recipe.
- Mix.
- Refrigerate till needed.
