Cumin White Bean

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 15 ounces white beans
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1⁄4 cup broth
- handful of chopped cilantro
- 1⁄2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a medium pot over medium high heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in cumin, allow to heat for 30 seconds or so, before adding broth and beans. Combine well and allow everything to heat through. Season with salt and pepper.
