Cucumbers in Sour Cream

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 1  tablespoon sugar
• 1  tablespoon lemon juice
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1  teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
•  salt and pepper, to taste
• 2  cucumbers (sliced thin)
• 1  small onion (sliced)

Directions

1. Mix first six ingredients together and pour over the combined cucumber and onion slices. Stir gently.
2. Chill before serving.
