Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cucumber (diced)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pint natural yoghurt
- 2 spring onions (trimmed & sliced)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of fresh mint (chopped)
Directions
- Place the diced cucumber in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Stir in the other ingredients and chill until ready to serve.
