Cucumber Gimlet (Vodka)

A light, summery cocktail, Russian by background. A recipe from Bar Lubitsch in West Hollywood California (found in Maxim magazine). NOTE: I really liked this one. . .very faint cucumber taste but great fresh cucumber smell. I used 1.5 packets of stevia instead of sugar with great results. I also served mine over ice as it was a bit too potent for me as written!!! Show more
