Cucumber Avocado Bisque

Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded
- 1⁄2 medium avocado
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Blend all ingrediants in food processor for 10-15 seconds. cover and chill.
- serve in mugs or soup bowls. garnish with a little paprika or fresh chopped parsley.
