Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄8 teaspoon coriander
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
Directions
- Apply to a pork shoulder and refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight. Cook as you would for pulled pork.
