Cuban Grilled Corn on the Cob With Queso Blanco and Lime

Ingredients
- 4 ears corn, in the husk
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄2 cup queso blanco, cheese
- 1 lime, cut in quarters
Directions
- Soak corn in water for 30 minutes.
- Cook on grill turning often for around 30 minutes.
- Combine chili powder. paprika, salt , butter and cheese.
- Spread mixture on platter sprinkle with clintro.
- Pull back husk and silks leave attached for a handle.
- Roll corn in the butter mixture and serve on same platter
- with lime slices.
